At Royal Holloway we work with students and graduates to connect them to employers and organisations, and we have a dedicated Careers team whose mission is to provide a range of high quality and cost effective services to employers and organisations that meet business needs and enhance the employability offer to our students and graduates.
We support and build relationships with local, national and international employers and organisations to develop employability. Our team can help employers to establish and build their organisational profile and brand amongst our students and graduates so that they can attract and recruit the best talent.

• All vacancies are advertised and managed by our University’s online platform, Careers Portal, where employers can submit, edit and manage vacancies free of charge.
• We run a number of different career fairs throughout the academic year where organisations have direct access to our diverse student body.
• Promote your organisation and vacancies directly on campus with one of our Meet the Employer installations.
• Lead or participate in workshops or guest lectures covering all aspects of job search, recruitment methods or labour market insight
• We invite you to get involved in our curriculum design and development in a variety of ways, bringing your expertise into the classroom
• Contribute to our employability initiatives through sponsorship, for example our annual Careers and Placements Fair. Organisations benefit from enhanced profiling and exposure to the students and graduates.
